Bella Hadid has officially become the new face of Saint Laurent under Anthony Vaccarello’s creative direction after months of absence in the fashion industry. Marking her debut campaign for the iconic French luxury brand, the supermodel of proud Palestinian descent is featured in Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter 2024 collection.

Bella Hadid first turned heads in a slinky, transparent Saint Laurent dress at the Cannes Film Festival in May, igniting the internet and drawing widespread acclaim from fans. Her stunning look not only captivated the fashion world but also sparked renewed interest in the brand, boosting its visibility and appeal.

Anthony Vaccarello’s Fall/Winter 2024 campaign for Saint Laurent offers a retro-nostalgic take on the brand’s muse. Set to the 1960s-inspired folk song “If You Must Leave” by Arsun, the campaign video begins with model Penelope Ternes peeling an orange in a wooden house, transitioning to Blackpink’s Rosé lounging on a pink lawn chair outside a glass house overlooking the city. This nostalgic mood permeates the campaign, with vignettes featuring various models and stars.

In her debut campaign for Saint Laurent, Hadid dons a sheer white dress with a lace collar, cinched with a black Saint Laurent belt, while a fur coat lies beside her on the bed. The sultry campaign, shot by Gray Sorrenti, exudes sensuality and elegance. This look mirrors the designs showcased at Saint Laurent’s highly anticipated Fall 2024 runway show. Although Hadid has been keeping a relatively low profile lately, she’s stayed active with the launch of her Orabella perfume and her appearance in Mustafa’s project “Gaza is Calling.”

Guided by Anthony Vaccarello’s art direction, the Saint Laurent Fall 2024 campaign is a seamless fusion of elegance and intimacy. Gray Sorrenti’s photography captures the distinct individuality of each model while crafting a unified narrative for the collection. The outcome is a series of images that are not only visually striking but also profoundly evocative, honoring the enduring legacy of Saint Laurent.
